Terms & Conditions – Woodburn Eco Cabin
Booking Guidelines

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests across the 1 bedroom cabin with large loft space eco cabin, unless otherwise arranged with management.

Guests must be aged 18 years or older to make a reservation. Bookings made by or for unaccompanied minors will not be accepted. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (e.g., parent, guardian, or carer with legal responsibility).

If a guest under 18 is found to be staying without a responsible adult, the booking will be cancelled and any payments forfeited.

Management reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings at its discretion.

One car space is available onsite per booking. Any additional vehicles must be arranged in advance.

Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: From 3:00pm on the day of arrival

Check-out: By 10:00am on the day of departure Please change to 11.00 am

Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Booking Periods

Bookings are available up to 12 months in advance.

Minimum stay requirements and block-out periods may apply during peak times.
Additional Fees & Charges

A minimum cleaning fee of $200 will apply if the cabin is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Property Use

The property is intended for short-term holiday accommodation only.

Events, parties or commercial use must be pre-approved in writing by management.
Pet Policy

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please advise us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dog.

Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended at or inside the cabin.

Dogs must remain on a lead when outside.

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of pet waste.

Pets are not to be washed or bathed inside the cabin.

Pet bedding must be supplied by the owner and not placed on furniture or beds.

Owners are liable for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if pets are disruptive, aggressive, or a nuisance to others.
Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of anyone staying or visiting the property.

You agree to comply with all terms and any additional instructions provided during your stay.

Photo ID may be required to confirm bookings. Failure to provide ID when requested may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Any unreasonable damage, loss or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
Belongings

Personal belongings, including vehicles, are the responsibility of the guest.

Woodburn Eco Cabin does not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage.
Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to end your stay and request guests vacate immediately (without refund) in the event of:

Breach of these terms

Unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour

Any conduct deemed inappropriate by management

Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Woodburn Eco Cabin’s Privacy Policy.
Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.
Payment Terms – Woodburn Eco Cabin
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable via credit card through our secure booking platform. The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the same card on the day of check-in, unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
Payment Method:
All payments must be made by Visa or Mastercard via our secure online booking system. All charges are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Cleaning Fee (if applicable):
Standard cleaning is included in your stay. However, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged if the cabin is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning or repairs. This includes damage to property, stained furnishings, strong odours (e.g., from smoking), or mess well beyond normal use.
Pricing:
Rates are subject to change based on seasonality and availability. Once your booking is confirmed, your rate is locked in and will not change unless the booking is amended by the guest.
Promotions and Discounts:
Special offers apply to new bookings only and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to existing reservations.
Taxes and Fees:
All advertised rates include GST where applicable. Additional charges may apply for pets, extra guests, or misuse of facilities.
Failure to Pay:
If the deposit payment is not successfully processed at the time of booking, the reservation will not be confirmed. If the balance payment is unsuccessful on the day of check-in, access to the property will not be granted, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Refund Processing:
Any approved refunds (as outlined in the Cancellation Policy) will be returned to the original credit card. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
